Low Fat Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 2/3 Cups Flour1/2 Cup Cocoa1 Tsp Baking Soda1/2 Tsp Salt3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar1/2 Cup Sugar1/4 Cup Splenda1/3 Cup Oil1/2 Cup Light Unsweetened Applesauce3 Egg Whites2 Tsp Vanilla3/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
~In medium bowl whisk flour, cocoa,baking soda & salt
~In large bowl, with mixer, blend brown sugar, sugar & splenda.
~Slowly beat in the oil.
~Beat in applesauce, egg whites, and vanilla until smooth.
~Add flour mixture and blend on low until the dough is just combined.
~Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm.
~Roll dough into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet.
~Bake at 300 for 17-19 minutes.
~Cool on wire rack.
*Makes about 44 cookies.
*2 Cookies per serving.
