Brandied Shrimp

Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter1 tbsp. olive oil3 cloves garlic, minced1 lb. shrimp, peeled2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce½ cup ketchup1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano2 tbsp. brandy2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley1 cup brown rice, cooked6 cups mixed salad greens1 ½ cups chopped vegetables2 tbsp. salad dressing
Directions
Cook garlic in butter for 1 min. Stir in shrimp, Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture simmer until shrimp are partially cooked about 2 min. Stir in ketchup and oregano and simmer 2 more min or until shrimp is done. Add brandy and parsley stir to combine. Remove from heat and serve over rice with salad.
