Ingredients
1-1/4C Pamela's Gluten Free Baking Mix1/4 C sugarOne large egg1/4 C water1/2 C frozen blueberries1/8 C slivered almonds
Directions
mix all ingredients together, add blueberries last and fold in

spray a muffin pan with baking spray
fill muffin cups with batter

bake for 18 minutes on 350 degrees F
yields 6 muffins
