1 bunch fresh broccoli, cup into florets3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil1 small clove garlic, minceddash saltdash black pepper
Steam the broccoli until crisp-tender, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a bowl. Make a dressing by mixing the remaining ingredients together. Pour dressing over the hot broccoli and toss. Serve immediately.
