Healthy home made "cup of noodles"

Ingredients
* *Egg Noodles, unenriched, 2 cup (remove) * Vegetable Broth, 2 cup (remove) * Tofu, firm, 0.5 cup (remove) * *Bird's Eye Asparagus Stir-Fry, 2 cup (remove) * *Edamame, Shelled, Frozen, 0.5 cup (remove) * *Soy Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Bring broth to boil add noodles and soy sauce maintain good simmer until noodles begin to soften(1-2 minutes) add edamame cook 1 minute add frozen stir fry mix cook additional 1-2 minutes until veggies are crisp tender. Makes 4 1cup appetizer portions or 2 large meal portions (double calories obviously)
