Whole Wheat German Pancakes For The Big Family

12 eggs2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp salt( we use kosher salt)2 cups milk5 tbsp of unsalted butter
Mix all ingredients together into one big bowl. Heat oven to 450.Once oven is heated put butter onto flat cookie sheet and put in oven to melt. Once butter is melted, take out of the oven and pour mixture in bowl into the pan. Put in the oven until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
This is great with applesauce , or jelly or just about any type of fruit on top!
