Easy Chickenless Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
1 can of corn1 can of black beans (rinse well)2 cans of vegetable broth1 can of diced tomatoes2 packets of taco seasoning1 bag of Morninstar farms chikn strips
Directions
Rinse the black beans well. Defrost the morningstar farms strips and break into smaller pieces. Dump all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil.

I serve with crumbled tortilla chips or baked tortillas in the bottom of a bowl. Then I layer cheese on top of that. The soup goes on top. It melts the cheese, and it tastes great together, if you can afford the extra calories. If not, I like the soup by itself too.

    Soup was great. Only had 1 pkt of taco seasoning, so I tossed in a pkt of ranch dressing mix. Ohhh Yumm! Topped with FF sour cream. - 1/13/20
