Ingredients
2 cups oats, 1/2c walnuts, 1/2c craisins, 4scoops vanilla protein powder, 4T groundflax seeds, 1/4t. salt, 1/2t vanilla, 1/2c applesauce
Directions
mix all thoroughly until no longer dry
press all into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 10 minutes, then cut into 24 pieces.
