Carrot Bread

Ingredients
* *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 3 cup (remove) * Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove) * Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove) * Salt, .25 tsp (remove) * *Canola Oil, 1.5 cup (remove) * Egg, fresh, 2 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove) * Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Beat eggs adding sugar till thickened.
Add oil gradually beating until combined.
Stir in all dry ingredients; mix till smooth.
Stir in shredded carrots.
Bake in two well greased loaf pans, 350 deg 45 mins.

Each loaf makes 12 servings
