Grandma's Sunday Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 cup egg beaters3 tsp sugar1 tbsp canola oil1 dash of salt1 1/2 cups of flour3 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 cup skim milk1 cup buttermilk
Directions
Mix oil and egg in a small bowl
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
Mix oil, egg, dry ingredients and milks in the large bowl, using a wisk until no longer lumpy
let stand for 10 minutes
heat electric skillet to 300 degrees
cook as you would any other pancake.
top with syrups or toppings of your choice.

Makes about 9 pancakes--double and tripple recipie as needed.
