Spelt cinnamon pancakes

Ingredients
1 Cup Spelt flour1 Cup Soy flour1 tbsp Baking powder1 tsp cinnamon ground1 tsp Vanilla extracthalf of a bananahalf a cup of apple sauce1 tbsp of sucanat (or organic sugar)2 to 2 and half cup of water
Directions
In a large bowl, stir all the ingredients together. Put desired amount of batter onto a hot non-stick pan and cover with a lid. Let sit on medium heat until the centre starts to buble and become sturdy. Flip pancake over and cook other side until golden brown.
