Spiced Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients
3 potatoes approx 2 1/2" diameterFrying Oil (canola)
Directions
Dice the potatoes.

I slice the potatoes lengthwise and then lengthwise again then I cut them into cubes from there. I leave the skins on.

Fry the potatoes at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. If they aren't dark enough fry for 6 minutes more. Dump the potatoes on a baking pan lined with aluminum foil or a draining rack.

Season with your choice of seasonings if desired.
