1 lb. ground turkey1 14 oz. can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)1 14 oz can black beans1 10 oz can diced tomatos1 10 oz can tomato soup1 soup can of water1 med green pepper, dicedseasonings to taste:minced garlicblack pepperred pepperchili powder
Brown turkey and drain. In a stockpot, combine tomato soup and water. Add turkey, garlic and chili powder. Drain and rinse chickpeas and black beans and add to stockpot. Add diced tomatos, including juice, and green pepper. Season with black pepper, red pepper and additional chili powder to taste. Let simmer for up to 60 minutes. Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
