ground beef veg. soup

Ingredients
3/4 lb. lean ground beef2 cans beef broth2 cups water1 lg can diced tomatos3 celery ribs chopped2 lg carrots sliced2 med onion chopped1 med potato peele and cubed1 1/2 cups cauliflower2 tsp dried tarragon1 tbsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper3/4 cup uncooked macaroni
Directions
in a dutch oven cook beef over med heat until no longer pink. add the broth water tomatoes celery carrots onions potato cauliflower tarragon garlic poder salt and pepper. bring to a boil and reduce heat cover and simmer for 30 min until vegies are tender. cook macaroni according to package directions drain and still in to soup. heat thru and enjoy. ( what i did was leave out the macaroni and pureed the soup smooth. my son loved it and he HATES veggies.)
