Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (1 lb)Cheddar Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shreddedIceberg Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shreddedTomatoes, 2 cup, dicedSour Cream, reduced fat, 12 tbspTaco Seasoning, 1 packetHard Taco Shells, 6Flour Tortillas, small, 6Taco sauce, 6 tsp
In large skillet brown ground turkey. Add 3/4 cup water and taco seasoning packet. Simmer 10 minutes. Place hard shells on cookie sheet and wrap tortillas in foil and place on cookie sheet. Warm in oven at 325 degrees for 6 minutes. Fill taco shells and tortillas with meat. Add taco sauce, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes as desired.
Makes 6 serving, which includes one hard and one soft shell taco each.
