1 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh, 6 oz Yogurt, fat free greek, plain, 1/2 c. Lipton Brisk Iced Tea with Lemon, 1/2 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), unthawed 1/2 cup Orange Puree from the Sneaky Chef Splenda to taste
Add All Items to blender and Puree. Add Splenda or other sugar alternative if desired. Pour into large glasses and enjoy.
