Quick Low Carb Flat Bread

Ingredients

* 4 large eggs* 2-3 Tablespoon water (more water = less olive oil)* 1-2 Tablespoon olive oil* 1/2 cup soy flour* 1/4 tsp salt (use more or less to taste)* 2 Tablespoon flaxseed meal* 1 tsp baking powder
Beat eggs with oil and water. In a separate bowl, stir dry ingredients together.
Beat dry ingredients into egg mixture until fully blended.
Bake in greased 7x11 pan (silicone mat works great with this recipe!!) and bake at 350 deg for 10 minutes. Don't let it get too brown because it will get really dry.
You can save it for later or toast it!! :)
Feel free to play with other ingredients like nuts, seeds, vanilla or almond extracts, etc.
Also, play with it to suit your preference. You want lighter fluffier "bread"? Use less olive oil and more water. You want "bread" that's dense with more substance? Use more olive oil and less water. Also, the more you spread it out the thinner it will be and vise versa. GOOD LUCK!! :)

This recipe is AMAZING, first time was ok, then i experimented a little and added some garlic herbs which have dried pepper & it gave an amazing taste, second time round i added sliced olives & third time round i added pea protein & used it as a pizza base! Hi SURELY40!! I haven't tried it with whole wheat flour because I'm gluten free, but I'm sure it will work. Only thing is that if you are counting carbs you should watch out with grain-based flour. I tried adding flax seed meal to give it a "bread-y" taste and it worked really well. Good luck!!
