Zucchini & Chicken Sausage (no noodle) Lasagna

* Chicken Sausage - one link sliced * Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Garlic, 3 cloves - minced * Ricotta Cheese Part Skim (3/4 cup * Provolone Low Fat Cheese - pre-sliced, 4 serving * Prego Chunky Garden Spaghetti Sauce 1.5 cups * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Saute zucchini slices, garlic, slices of Chicken Sausage and sliced onion in olive oil.
Spray 9x9 pan with pam.
spread little sauce on bottom. Put 1/2 of sauted veggie and sausage in bottom of pan. put clumps of riccota cheese around on veggies.
put rest of veggies on top. put rest of sauce on top of that. Place 4 slices of prov cheese on top.
bake at 350 for 30 minutes
makes 4 servings
