Very tasty, You'll save WAY more calories by using air-popped corn rather than the microwave kind. Microwave popcorn is full of saturated and trans-fats and this tastes just as good with plain air-popped corn. - 5/10/07

I've been made this kind of popcorn before, it's really yummy. As a variation, I recommend putting about 2 teaspoons of the splena (sugar sub) in a tiny bowl, adding a few drops of water, and putting it in the microwave for 30 secs. It becomes a syrup that you can drizzle on for a caramelized feel. - 9/3/07

you can pop popcorn in the microwave in a brown paper bag..pour popcorn in bag. just enough to cover the bottom of bag. pop in microwave about 2 mins. depending on the microwave power. pour into bowl. spray with i cant believe its not butter spray. sprinkle with splenda and cinnamon..low cal low fat - 7/21/10

Artificial sweetners are horrible for you. Use a teaspoon of brown or raw sugar and add the extra 15 calories. It is WELL worth it in the long run. - 6/23/09

Popped corn on stovetop with olive oil...used stevia/raw sugar/cinnamon mix...my 3 y.o. loves it and so does the DH. I love the high fiber & low calories. Good idea! - 5/5/09

Equal is so bad for you because it is aspartame. Aspartame at body temperature turns into formaldehyde. Definately use some other type of sugar.Check out his article http://www.holisticmed.com/aspartame/embal

I have been making this for years & use Truvia (Stevia) as the sweetener - it's a natural sweetener with no calories - so no CHEMICALS!
    WONDERFUL treat! - 10/28/09

This was pretty good. I used erythritol instead of Splenda. It is not as well known as Splenda, or stevia, but it is 100 times better w/ 0 calories. I will make this again. - 3/12/09

So good! I used canola oil instead of butter due to the fact that I thought this called for tub butter not spray butter. But still very good! - 12/13/16

Yummo! This gave me that sweet/salty/crunchy combination I started craving this evening which can often lead me down a path of destruction. This has all the flavors and texture without any guilt! Thank for for sharing something so simple to make that I would have never thought of! - 8/29/11
