Erin's Chicken Marsala w/ Fiber Gourmet Pasta

6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (roughly 3 lbs.)1/2 cup Light cream1/4 cup white flour32 tbsp. Marsala Wine8 oz. Portabello Mushrooms2 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1 garlic clove2 tbsp. Shallots2 cup Chicken Stock2 oz. prosciutto1 Box (8oz.) pasta
Combine all ingredients except pasta and chicken to make the sauce (only use about 2 tbsp of flour for the sauce), dredge chicken in the rest of the flour after pounding, add the chicken after the sauce simmers.
Cook pasta separately and add under chicken and sauce at the end.
