Pasta Salad

Ingredients
8oz tri colored pasta, cooked and drained1/2 cup fat free zesty italian salad dressing1/2 cup tomatoes - chopped1 small can clack olives - sliced1/4 cup red onions - chopped
Directions
Bring water to a rolling boil. Drop pasta into pot and cook until tender (8-10 minutes). Drain and cool(run it under cold water for about 5 minutes. toss the pasta to cool and remove excess water) Poor into a bowl. add onions, tomatoes and olives. toss with Zesty italian dressing. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

*note this is also excellent with roasted red peppers, and cucumbers in the mix.

    Made this today and it was very good, I also added cucumbers, low sodium black beans and grated mozzeralla cheese, this was a main course dish, not a side. I doubled everything, big family. For a little zip, I added a little apple cider vinegar and some honey to the dressing. - 5/22/11

    I make this all the time it is one of our favorites. I have to leave out the onions DH's stomach can't handle them. I add celery for a little extra crunch and it I have it red, green or yellow peppers it is just pretty then. - 6/20/09
