Crockpot Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil4 - 6 chicken breast halves1 egg1/2 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup parmesan cheese1/4 black pepper1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning1 jar marinara sauce4 - 6 slices mozzarella cheese
Directions
Spread olive oil in bottom of crockpot.
Beat egg in a shallow bowl.
Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, black pepper and Italian seasoning in a separate bowl.
Dip chicken in egg and then in bread crumbs.
Place in crockpot.
Cover with mozzarella and then marinara.
Cook on low for 6 -7 hours or high 3 - 4 hours.
