Crab and Asparagus Strata

Ingredients
4 oz French bread cut into small cubes3 oz Swiss cheese12 asparagus spears, cut into 1" pieces10 oz canned crab meat1 1/4 c nonfat milk1 c eggs (4-5)1 T minced fresh tarragon1 t grated lemon zest1/4 t salt1/4 t white pepper
Directions
Spray 11x7" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; spread 2 cups of bread cubes along bottom of dish. Top bread with cheese, then asparagus, crab and remaining bread cubes.

In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, tarragon, zest, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over the bread mixture. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

Preheat oven to 325F. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 10 minutes until lightly browned and fork comes out clean.
