Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 C. Sugar1/2 C. Butter2 Eggs4 Ripe Bananas, Mashed (2 cups)3/4 C. Local Honey 1/4 C. Milk1 3/4 C. Oat Flour (can use all purpose)1 Tsp. Baking Powder1 Tbsp. Baking Soda1 C. Oatmeal ( i blend it to hide it )1/2 C. Chocolate Chips
Directions
Cream Sugar and butter, add egg, bananas, honey and milk. Add Four, baking powder, baking Soda, and oatmeal. Stir until blended. Add chocolate chips (or nuts/raisins) Spoon into lined muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Makes 24 Muffins

    I made this yesterday, and I have to say that it's very good. Not as sweet as you'd think considering all of the sugar that's in it. I used vanilla sugar, and I think the next time I make it that I'll add real vanilla, cinnamon, and walnuts. - 2/18/16
