1-19 oz can of chick peas, drained2 diced tomatoes or 1 cup 1/2 cup diced red onion2 gloves garlic, minced2 diced peppers (red, orange, or yellow)Handful of cilantro (approx. 2 tbsp)3 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp of lemon juice or lime juicesalt and peper to taste
Directions
Drain can of chick peas and add all other ingredients. Makes 4 servings
