Chicken and Salsa Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups salsa1 medium red onion2 cups frozen stir fry vegtables2 boneless skinless chicken breasts3/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese4 cups cooked whole wheat pasta or brown rice
Directions
Cook pasta or rice as directed on box.
Cook cut up chicken breasts, in salsa until they are no longer pink. Add, sliced onion, and frozen stir fry vegtables. Cook until vegtables are crisp tender. Turn off heat, and mix cheese in lightly. Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
