Black Bean Salsa Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
4 Skinned and boned chicken breast halves2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro2 Tablespoons vegetable oil1/4 Teaspoon groung red pepper2 Teaspoons chili powder1 Garlic clove minced1 cup (4 oz) shredded mexican 4 cheese blend1/3 cup fat free mayo4 (1" thick) French Bread slicesBlack bean salsa
Directions
*Flatten chicken breast to 1/2 in. thickness
*Stir cilantro and next 4 ingredients together, spread on chicken
*Grill 8-10 min. on each side or until chicken is done
*Meanwhile, stir cheese and mayo together. Spread on bread slices. Place bread on baking sheet.
*Broil bread 6" from heat until cheese melts.
*Place chicken on bread, and serve with black bean salsa.
