Beef liver, 8 oz Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbledWhite Wine, 8 fl oz Olive Oil, .25 cup Pepper, black, 1 dash Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Sofrito Sauce, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 dash goya adobo, 1 serving

marinate liver with black pepper,bay leaf,sofrito,salt, adobo, and white wine refrigerate for 2 hrs
heat non skillet medium high
add part of the olive oil and place marnated liver and cook in low medium heat until wine has evaporated then add the rest of oilve oil, onions and bell red/green peppers
ps: serve with rice or side salad
