Ingredients
Knorr Alfredo Sauce, 4 tbsp Carrots, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 0.25 cup, diced Garlic, 1 tsp Mushrooms, fresh, 0.25 cup, pieces or slices Zucchini, 0.25 cup, sliced Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.25 cup Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Ronzoni, Healthy Harvest Spaghetti, 2 oz Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 1 tbsp Shrimp, raw, 6 oz servings: 4
Directions
Prepare the pasta ahead of time per packaging. In skillet melt oil and margarine over medium heat. Add garlic first then add carrots, celery, mushrooms until slightly tender. Add peeled and deveined shrimp. Add peppers and zucchini and toss in skillet with other veggies stirring quickly and frequently. Remove from heat and cover with lid. After draining the noodles either toss back in pot w/veggies or add to the skillet, whichever fits best, mixing well. Now prepare Knorr Alfredo Sauce according to package only using the 4 oz. or add the extra calories if using all of the package accordingly. Pour sauce over mixture and serve.
