Shannie's Turkey Enchiladas

Ingredients
* Cheddar Cheese, 0.10 cup, shredded * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped * Beans, black, 1.50 cup * Kroger Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 0.50 cup * Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce, 14 oz * Azteca Corn Tortilla 6 inch, 5 serving * *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 19 oz
Directions
Cook onion in olive oil, add in turkey and cook until golden brown and delicious. Add in most of enchilada sauce and rinsed black beans and cook for 2 minutes then take off heat and let cool. Stir in Colby/Jack cheese. Warm taco shells in microwave until easily bendable without breaking. Fill, roll and put into a baking sheet and add a little bit more sauce on top as well as the cheddar cheese. Bake until melty and good.
