2 portions frozen spinach0.15 C chopped frozen vegetables0.1 C frozen peas0.25 C semolina2 tsp chopped garlic1/2 tsp mustard seeds1 dried red chilli2 tsp curry powder1/2 tsp turmericpinch salt1/2 tsp ground ginger
makes 1 serving
1. Heat olive oil, and saute mustard seeds and dried chilli until seeds pop. Add garlic and onions and saute.
2. Defrost veggetables, chop into small pieces.
3. Add turmeric and curry powder. Cook till fresh scent disappears.
4. Add vegetables, salt and cook with a cup of water.
5. Add semolina and stir over low heat. Cook till semolina becomes thick and boils.
6. Remove and serve
