Vegan Coffee Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 C Wholewheat flour1 tsp baking soda0.5 tsp baking powder1 C strong coffee0.3 C sugar0.25 C butter9.5 C raisins1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Boil butter, sugar, coffee, raisins and cinnamon.
2. Cool to room temperature.
3. Sift baking soda, powder and flour together and add to wet ingredients.
4. Pour into 12 muffin cups and bake till done! (don't follow my time, I just stick a toothpick to see it they're done)
