# Chia Seeds (dried), 14 oz# Raw Blue Agave Nectar, .5 tbsp# Lemon juice, 2 tbsp # Lime Juice, .5 lime yields (juice of 1/2 lime)
Place the chia seeds in a cup or shot glass (shot glasses are much more fun!) and add the rest of the ingredients. Let shot sit for 15 minutes (this is needed to be able to digest the chia seeds, they turn into a "gel"). Then down the hatch!
