* Tuna, Canned in Water, 5 oz * Beans, white, 1.5 cup * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped * Celery, cooked, 0.5 cup, diced Chicken broth, homemade, 1 cupBay leaf
Simmer in chicken broth, the bay leaf.
Add the frozen veggies including bell pepper, celery, & onion. When hot, add the drained White beans.
Continue to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add the water packed, drained tuna. Stir well.
Serve when warmed well.
