Leslie's Red Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
3/4 head Red Cabbage shredded1 Yellow pepper cut into strips1/2 Red Onion chopped1 Granny Smith Apple cut into strips1 tbsp chopped CilantroDressing1/4 cup olive oil1/4 red wine vinegarjuice of 1 large lime1 tbsp honeysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut vegetables into strips. Shred cabbage. Mix dressing ingredients, pour over salad, and toss.
Let sit at least 3 hours or overnight.
