Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
2 pkgs. yeast (plus amount of sugar the yeast says to use-check your package)1/2 cup water 2 tsp. sugar1 quart water1/2 cup sugar1 tbsp.salt4 eggs, beaten1/2 cup oil10-15cups whole wheat flour (nutrition is calculated using 14 cups)
Directions
Prepare yeast as directed. with the 1/2 cup water and the 2 tsp. sugar. Beat eggs and add the sugar, salt, oil, and water. Mix in flour and knead very well. Let rise for about an hour and punch down. Shape into loaves and place into loaf pans. Let rise for about 1/2 hour. Bake at 375F for one hour
