Sweet Asparagus w/ Curry Butter

Ingredients
1 Tbsp EVOO2 cups asparagus - cut into 1 inch pieces2 Tbsp Brummel and Brown or similar buttery spread1 tsp lemon juice1.5 tsp curry powder2 Tbsp honey
Directions
Heat EVOO in skillet.
Add asparagus and cook til tender - about 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt B&B (or butter) and add lemon juice and curry - stir to mix.
Take asparagus off heat and toss/coat with curry butter mix.
Plate veggies and drizzle with honey just before serving.
