1 Box Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding1 1/2 cup Skim Evaporated Milk2 cups Steamed Rice 1 cup raisins ( more or less to your taste)2 tbsp cinnamon(more or less to taste)
Place rice and raisins in microwave safe,microwave 2 minutes on med. Warm rice mixes and absorbs the flavors better.While rice is in microwave mix pudding and milk together. When rice is warm mix with pudding. Add cinnamon. Blend well. Can be served warm or chilled. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
