Ingredients
* 1 teaspoon lime zest * 2 tablespoons lime juice * 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced * 1/3 cup onion, chopped * 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped * 1 garlic clove, minced * 1/8 teaspoon salt * 1/8 teaspoon pepper * 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Toss well and chill.
