Ingredients
peanut butter smooth or chunky according to ur taste 1/4 cuphoney 1/4 cup quaker quick oats 1/2 cupany protein powder (Ivanilla) 2 scoopful.
Directions
mix all ingredients into a dough and make 12 balls . cool it in the fridge before use .

have one of these post workout instead of those with unknown additives . also good as a snack as it has good ratio of protein and carbohydrates to keep u full a long time
