Ingredients
Directions
16 oz extra lean ground turkey2 eggs1/4 of a cup of oat bran or oats1/2 cup of mushrooms1/2 cup of zucchini1/2 cup of yellow squash3 green onionssalt and pepper to taste.I also use Walden Farms sweet Barbque. It's diabetic and has no sugar, fat , carbs. so if you use another kind the recipe calculations will be off.
chop the vegetables first. I like mine country style so I slice thickly.
The ground turkey, eggs and oats are in a bowl and mix together with hands. After those items are mixed together add the vegetables and mix together.
I put mine in a muffin pan and make individual servings but could also go in a meatloaf pan.
I thin top with a dash of salt and pepper and a teaspoon of the barbque sauce for flavor. I use Walden farms because it is fat free, sugar free and carb free.
