Hake fillet with seadloaf and cheese topping

513 g hake fillets (appr 4 fillets)200 g fresh mushrooms sliced1 tble spoon low fat mayo1 tble spoon freshly squized lemon juice100 g sead loaf crumbed (appr. 2 slices)50 g low fat cheesespices to taste
Preheat oven to 295 degrees.
Spray baking dish with spray and cook.
Place fish in baking dish.
Mix mayo, lemon juice and spices together and place over fish.
Place sliced mushrooms on-top and cover with sead loaf crumbs.
Cover dish with foil and place in oven for 15 min.
Remove and add cheese topping, put back in oven for a further 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Serves 8 small portions or 4 full portions
