Curried Egg Salad

12 Each egg, hard-boiled peeled and chopped3/4 Cups cheese, cottage 2% milkfat3 Teaspoons parsley, curly finely chopped2 Teaspoons curry powder, sweet1/4 Cup mayonnaise, light
Directions
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Serve as you like: in lettuce cups, with crackers or as a sandwich.
