1 qt fat free milk2 porkchops1 cup carrots chopped1/2 cup onion chopped1 stalk celery chopped2 cup chicken broth12 small potatoes and sliced1 tbsp salt1/2 tbsp pepper
Fry pork chops in non stick pan until no longer pink set aside. When cooled, cut into small bite size pieces. In same pan add chicken broth, carrots, onions, potatoes, and celery simmer til tender. Add milk and chops simmer til hot. To thicken puree 2 cups of soup in blenderand return to soup.
