Buttermilk Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2-1/2 cups crunchy raisin bran cereal1 cup buttermilk, lowfat1/4 cup vegetable oil1 egg1-1/4 cups flour1/2 cup sugar1 t baking powder1/4 t salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Makes 12 muffins.
Combine cereal, buttermilk, oil and egg in medium bowl. Let stand 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt. Add cereal mixture all at once to flour mixture. Divide evenly among muffin cups. Bake 17-20 minutes or until taster inserted in center comes out clean.
