Asian Pork Satays

Ingredients
1.5 lb pork 8 T. hoisin sauce4 T. chili garlic sauce2 T. honey2 T. rice vinegar1T. sesame oilsalt to taste
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium high.

Simmer the hoisin through the sesame oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes, then cool.

Prepare pork, cutting first into 1" strips lengthwise, then in half, eventually making 12 strips, each 4-6" long. Toss the strips in the marinate, then thread on skewers.

Arrange the skewers on the grill so that they extend over the edge, cover and cook 3-4 min. Flip and baste with remaining marinate, then grill until cooked through, another 3-4 minutes.
