1 lb ground turkey1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies1 1/2 c tomato sauce1/4 onion, choppeddash of saltdash of pepper1 Tbs cumin3 cloves garlic, chopped3 flour tortillas1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown the ground turkey. Add the salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic. Now add the tomatoes and tomato sauce. Stir in the tortillas and cheese.
