Ingredients
1 packet Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Mix (No Sugar Added)1 cup Skim Milk (nonfat)1 TBSP Instant Coffee - more or less to taste
Directions
Combine hot chocolate mix, skim milk and instant coffee. Heat and serve OR blend with ice cubes until it reaches a smoothie consistency.

Top with a dash of cinnamon.

Optional - add one tablespoon Cool Whip Free for an additional 20 calories.

You can save 85 calories by preparing this with 1 cup of water instead of the skim milk since the hot chocolate mix contains powdered milk ... but you lose the calcium & other nutrients from the milk.

Thank you so much for a fresh idea! This is a real treat. I made mine with a cup of Dunkin Donuts cinnamon spice coffee, 1 cup unsweetened soy milk, 1 packet Diet Swiss Miss, 1 tbspn cocoa, and ice cubes. PERFECT treat after a tough Saturday morning workout! - 6/20/09

I just wanted to give you an even better option. I buy Muscle milk 100 cal. Chocolate Shakes (any protein shake will do) Add 2 TBS to your coffee and your choice of sweetener ( Splenda, Equal, Agave, sugar) to taste. make your coffee work for you, with all the vitamins minerals and protein!! - 12/17/12
