Bay Spice Cod

Ingredients
Cod (fish), 1 fillet Extra light oliveoil, 1 tsp Old Bay Spice, 1 serving Curry Powder, 1 serving Tarragon, 1 serving Mediterranean Spiced Sea Salt, 1 serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix Together 1/8 tsp curry powder, 1/8 tsp tarragon, 1/4 tsp old bay spice, and 1/4 tsp mediterranean spices sea salt put to side. Take raw cod place on aluminum then wrap cod in foil just enough so that the other ingredients stay on or closley surrounding cod. Drizzel with olive oil. Sprinkel on dry mix you do not have to use it all and you may need to make more depending on how big your fillet is ( if you like a lot of flavor use a little more but make sure not to drown the fillet in spices). Then put in oven to cook for 18 mins. Makes 1 serving
