Ingredients
Plain Yogurt- 1/2 cupPineapple- one squareBlueberries- 20Trop 50 Orange juice- enough to make the smoothie liquidy (about 1/4 cup)Whey Protien Powder- 1 scoop (I use Elite)
Directions
Throw ingredients in blender and turn on. Then pour in a glass. The recepie makes about 1 cup so it's great for just one person for breakfast.
